Description: 169 student dwellings, including kitchen facilities, laundry, plant room, Gym and common rooms- all under labour/ plant & access only terms.

Contemporary student accommodation located in the center of Bath. Each dwelling in the main building comes with a shower pod and kitchen, study area and sleeping space.

Trident’s remit on this project is as follows:

• Containment installation for all services
• Installation and siting of main panel board
• Installation of all fuse boards and sub main wiring
• Installation of all small power, lighting and lighting control wiring and terminations
• Installation of the fire alarm system
• Natural vent building cooling system
• Providing as fitted drawings
• Supervision of the complete electrical installation and attending meetings with main contractor.
